The 20th Anniversary of the Probation System Regional Meeting was held at the Atatürk Culture Center of Fırat University in Elazığ. The meeting, which lasted for two days, began with an opening by Deputy Minister of Justice Ramazan Can and the Director General of Prisons and Detention Houses, Enis Yavuz Yıldırım. From our department, Prof. Dr. Rıfat Bilgin and Assist. Prof. Ümran Cihan Dündar participated as panelists. In the panel, Prof. Dr. Rıfat Bilgin presented his work titled "Delinquent Children in the Context of Restorative Justice," while Assist. Prof. Ümran Cihan Dündar Ümran Cihan Dündar presented on the topic "Delinquent Children and Their Families."
